It's been a long time coming, but I'm happy to announce that I'm finally taking over all of n00bfest's finances from CorpseHumper. Previously, he was the one managing the coffers and managing the bills etc, which made it hard for me to get a clear view of the surplus on hand. While the changeover is not completely done, look forward to more transparency in the n00bfest coffers in the future. In the process of switching it over, I've broken the donation bar. Donations will still come through, but for now the transactions won't show up until I get it figured out. If you donate, send me a PM and I will update the database manually to reflect your donation. In other news, if there is enough interest, we MAY be having some more n00bfest tournaments coming up. Thanks, G |

This is great news. While Corpseh is the main man, he's not visible in the community beyond rare appearances, so congrats on the transfer of powers. The responsibility is rightfully yours being HNIC in practice -this just solidifies that fact. Perhaps it'll give us more of an edge on building the community and strengthening our base as it presently stands. |

This is good news. Me and Jerry talked about this kind of thing at fulda gap. Its a logical move. I hope good things will come about because of it. Also, I will participate in any CS, LoL or BF3 tourney. |

Gman I have an idea - get a youtube channel, host a contest of sometype that requires video submission - then when certain videos get to certain amounts of views, you start to earn a little revenue which can be used to fill the coffers for months to come. Not sure how viable it would be but always worth a shot =) |

Protip: For years CorpseHumper has been putting the n00bfest donations in to a "lockbox" and very recently took the money out of said "lockbox" to buy an island in the Atlantic Ocean which he has named "n00b Island". Since the purchase he has amassed a large pirate army which travels around the world kidnapping transients and stealing passengers from cruise ships to act out episodes of the snuff version of Lost. The only difference is the end isn't gay because the prize for killing all the other livestock is a shotgun blast from and being freshie firsts for CorpseHumper himself. Money well spent. |
