Post Reflective Friendlyfire Damage Enabled on Main
Reflective Friendlyfire damage is now enabled in the main. This means if you shoot a teammate for 50, you'll take 50 damage. This is a pilot program and we're seeing how well it works. It should discourage a lot of teamkilling and spawn-grenading.

Let me know what you guys think of it.

Sounds more like an honest mistake punisher.

The ones who do it on purpose were planning on leaving or getting banned anyway.

FF is what encourages you to play the game as if it were a sim rather than the arcadey shit that it is.

No more "WATCH OUT!!" just to hear a teammate go "WTF" to follow that with a "I told you."

Gonna be good. Reaaaaaallly good :)

great idea however i doubt it helps any most people who team attack a lot are idiots anyway ,so does it hurt the victims any?as in the teammate who is being attacked

Yes it still hurts.

It can result in "double death" if a TK'er takes someone all the way down, killing themself in the process, cause the guy who gets killed still has the option to slay next round.

i think this will be good, it may take some getting use to, especially for those of us who accidentally team attack/tk. but all in all I approve of this addition

Is it possible to tweak this so the first shot isn't reflected but any other shots are? That would prevent mistakes from hurting too much.
