Post n00bfest Subclan Forum Changes
All n00bfest subclan forums have been moved and set as subforums of the main subclan discussion board.

Also, be on the lookout for an overhaul and some tightened regulations on n00bfest subclans. The clan-hopping has become out of control, and it's almost impossible to keep a current roster. That'll soon change.
