h!gh has stepped down as leader of the n00bfest Council. Because of his hectic work schedule, he no longer has the proper amount of time to it. Rokatanski will be replacing him.

The following people were removed from the council due to inactivity:

TheGreaterBad

The following people have been added to the n00bfest Council:

CPTReynolds
Pulse
Reborn

For those of you who are unfamiliar, the n00bfest Council is responsible for handling n00b Membership Requests; they're the folks who vote on prospective members and ultimately decide who makes it into n00b and who doesn't.
