Has anyone else played it? All i can say is for such an amazing plot for a single player campaign i was so disappointed by it. When i beat the game in 4 hrs i didn't even realize that i had beaten the game, just thought it was the end of the mission. It seriously had so much potential to have one of the most epic single players out there. On another note, I'm loving the multiplayer. Battlefield Commander is a nice twist on the gametypes. Being a 5 star target is epic because literally everyone and their mother has you on your radar all trying to kill you! It's also nice using your battle points and incorporating them into the game for fast pacing. Anyone else have thoughts on it? |

I haven't touched the single player but the multi rocks. It's like bf2 to me,so much better than thought it would be.I freaking love how you can buy choppers and such when you die. This is one of those games that you have to make your peace with the fact that your gonna die a lot (bf2) but when you do get into position its satisfying as hell. Most console players will hate it,and it wont get the attention it deserves but for me its a nice surprise.Strange if you read this, this is your game brah!!! Faster than bf2 pc but basically the same thing, without the hassle. |

Die a lot? maybe if you're lagging. Yeah i agree though the multi player is awesome! I'm rocking like a 3.0 k/d or something like that. I haven't used the vehicles all that much yet though they seem fun as hell! You can literally beat the single player in 5 hours so you should give it a go. The intro is probably the greatest part because it really does seem like this could happen. Unfortunately they ruined it by making it too short. |

I will never buy a console game that requires you to activate a code in order to play it online... that is just bullshit. I mostly always buy console games used only certain games ill pay top dollar for when they first come out (MVC3, BIOSHOCK 2, Black Ops) ect. So now the game companys want to double dip and charge twice for multiplayer on the same copy of a game just because I wasnt the orginal owner? I would somewhat understand if they were hosting dedicated servers but they arent so F*CK that they wont get a dime from me even if its a title I want to play. |

The way the digital content industry works these days, as seen most often in the gaming industry, is that when you buy a physical OR digital copy of a game, you are not purchasing the content itself, you are just purchasing a license to use that content and in the terms of service for every single publisher, it states that the license is non-transferrable. This was done because a lot of people disliked the used game market. |

Well the reason gaming companies have started doing the codes is because they got tired of companies like gamestop cashing in entirely on used games. It is a bitch though cause like if i borrow a game from my brothers i can't play online for the code. I wish it was more like BFBC2 for the code where you still got to play online, but you just didn't get the new maps unless you bought a vip code. |

This was done because a lot of GAME DEVELOPERS/PUBLISHERSdisliked the used game market. FIXED Also I see a BIG difference between digital content which I can understand not wanting it to be resold BUT when there is a physical media involved and there is no EULA signed at PURCHACE then they have no right to dictate what i do with the PHYSICAL copy of game I own and disabling multiplayer when they arent hosting the servers is a down right attack on the used / rental market. So you would be ok if you bought a blue ray or dvd of a movie you really liked and you wanted to share it with your brother or friend but in order for them to view it on thier dvd or blue ray player they will have to pay 5 dollars to Sony to view it? After paying $20-$30 for it in the first place? Sorry but thats F*CKING ridiculous and I as a consumer decide whether or not to spend my money on a nickle and dimeing bullshit concept and I wont. Trust me im not the only one either. In the long run it will cost them more in the long run. |

I have no agreement with the whole 'license-purchase' issue, I also agree that if it is physical media that you are going to do what you want with it. I also don't agree with doing things that aren't allowable by virtue of a EULA agreement, which I tend to follow as best as possible. We're talking about digital goods, not physical goods. The physical goods that you purchase with digital media on them are just storage devices for that digital media and therefore the media itself is exempt from the entire notion of having the right to do what you wish with it. You can do what you want with the physical media, but the digital information stored upon it is still considered by law to be the property of the entity that created it and put it on the market. It is up to the publisher to determine what can legally be done with what they create. I'm all for free use of just about anything because it's my personal belief that once you create something and release it into the wild, you are only entitled to opine about how it is being used or to restrict its availability in the event that you have that capability but you can't say what people are allowed to do with it once they themselves acquire it. That is how I feel it ought to be, but money-making entities who care mainly about profit don't want that. |

then its up to us the consumer to not allow such things its very easy dont support the devs/publishers that are pushing this agenda. They will get the hint when there games dont do as well as others who dont. |

Exactly. BUT, often times, if someone really wants or needs something, they will put up with no end of bureaucracy and red tape. |
