Comments: OK, I was playing on your server for the 1st time (i think), did OK, nothing remarkable, no amazing shots, very respectable, 1 accidental TK in about an hour of play, and that one was when I was killing an enemy and my teamate ran into spray. I looked on your ban page and there is no reason, and it is permanent. I thought I was getting along nice with everyone on the server, including Cpt. Reynolds, I truely have no idea why this was done. I pride myself on being a curtious and honest player with modest skills, loved by all, and am really puzzelled by this, since I wasnt doing that well, and had no beef with anyone. OK, now it seems someone added a reason, and I am flabbergasted. There was not 1 complaint, I had a 2:1 ratio, had been playing for quite some time today, and in all the time I have played CS and CS:S I HAVE NEVER EVEN LOADED A CHEAT! I have been playing since 1.3, and Im still not that good, and wasnt that good today, and cant even imagine what he saw that made him think this, but if thats how it goes, then sorry, thought I had found a good server, good luck gentelemen, but if he really thinks that, and wants to perm ban someone, hope he got a demo, cuz I still think he mistook me for someone else or something. I would be happy to talk to him, I would really like to know what he saw that made him think this. And since I know unequivicably that I have no hacks even loaded on my computer, then his judgement becomes suspect, so ask him to be certain next time and get a demo, because if he really ment to ban me, then he made a mistake and I wasnt even close to doing that good. Several of us were watching his ass for walling, he always prefired before seeing you first and just when I was going to get a demo the idiot did the most obvious F*CKING thing ever. Standing in the T spawn of Italy the guy tracked two guys through the walls one from the tunnel and the other from apartments, going back and forth seeing who was going to come into view first. He was to far to hear the apartments guy and was the only T left alive on that side of the map so no radar peeking from teammates. The guy coming up from the tunnel made it first and he just turned and fired before the guy even came into view and dinged him perfectly and as he turned to get the apartment one his teammate got him from the apartments. Rielly and I watched this guy for awhile and there was no way after watching that did I needed a demo. By the way his crosshairs were placed perfectly on each guy everytime he looked back and forth and he even corrected for height with the guy in the tunnel, so wicked obvious. That's why you got banned. The only way you will get unbanned from the server is if the higher ups decide because there was no demo (clearly stated it was too obvious to need one) they will unban you. If that occurs just know you will be watched like a hawk and demo'd constantly. Also don't even call my judgement into suspect, I have played for a lot of years and I use to work in video game production so I know how all this shit works intimately and I know when shit is not humanly possible. There is no doubt what so ever in my mind you were walling and I was not the only one who believed it aswell there were other witnesses, I don't ban lightly my record shows that. |

Hello Cpt, OK, this is not something we will ever settle, as I can see that, for whatever reason, you saw something you didnt understand and couldnt explain as legit, and since no one said anything to me at the time, I cannot defend myself without insulting you in some way. I can only say are you sure it was Killatine? I dont sit in T spawn, I rush nearly every rnd, and I get killed in the market usually. I have been Killatine since 1.3, and I play on several servers, and have never been banned for a cheat (usually cuz Im not that good). I cant comment on what you saw, only wish you had even said something to me so we might have settled this. I truely wish you had demoed it so we might figure out what you saw, but that boat has sailed. As you seem extremely certain that I was hacking, Im sure I will not be allowed on your server again, but please, I say this in hopes other dont fall into the same situation, I tell you now with no hope of ever getting unbanned, that I do not now or have I ever loaded a hack on my comp, not even to "see what its like", I have been running clans and servers since about 1.4, and played in CAL-0 (and sucked, but was honest suckage). I dont particularly get upset about not playing on your server, as we all know there are hundreds (altho yours seemed nice, and I really had no issue with you or anyone there) but as someone who hates cheats like no other, I really take a bit of offense at such allegations, especially with no way to prove myself. We all make mistakes, and only I know for sure that you made one, as you are def convinced otherwise. Maybe someday we will play together again and you can let me know what you think. Why would I go thru this crap if I was hacking, and it was my first time on your server? Why wouldnt I just move on and hack somewhere that doesnt have diligent admins? Its my pride that makes me do this. If you care enough, please ask some of the players you know from that day and see if maybe, just matbe, you got the wrong guy, cuz I know 100% that, for whatever reason, you are mistaken. Thank you for your time. P.S. As pathetic as it may seem, I am not some punk e-thug, I am actually married with 2 kids in college, and dont care about my record or stats, I just like to play with honest, fun, good hearted people. But I do appreciate you at least responding, I was very confused how 1 TK would have gotten me banned At least I know now what you saw, just wish I could refute it better. I tryed to ask you, as you may remember I even tryed to friend you within seconds of the ban, thinking it HAD to be a mistake. Does that seem like the action of a hacker, try to friend the admin that banned him? Maybe it is, I dont know, but it never happened to me while I was running a server. |

Wow, now it makes me wonder if someone was posting to help me or condem me! Hopefully not to rag on Cpt, cuz even tho he got it wrong this time, its good to know you at least have admins who try to keep cheaters off your server. It just would have been nice if, before a perm ban at least, you get the demo, altho if you saw what you saw, I guess you felt you didnt need one. I was spec'ing you specifically so I know who I was banning and it won't be the first time we have had people who were caught act all innocent. Just so you know, if you do get unbanned by the higher ups I will not hold any personal grudge but I will be watching you like a hawk whenever you are on. |

I have no issues with any of that, and as I said, Ive been on your side of the fence, and its not always easy to determine a good or lucky player from a hacker the 1st time you see them, and very few ever admit it anyway. I dont even know what hacks they have anymore, seems they get new ones all the time, so maybe thats why. You stated something about esp, is that a hack or an admin tool? I seem to remember something like that which allowed you to see a line where the person was aimimg to check for wall hacks. if you used that and still thought I was hacking, I see why you did what you did, even tho I was just playing as usual as far as I was concerned. I had a decent score that day, but Im just as likely to go 2-10 till I get warmed up. We played a few maps together, did you even think anything untill Italy? because Im pretty sure I was loosing the 1st few maps. But still, glad to see you are big enough to not hold a grudge, and maybe we can play together again sometime. Once you get to know me, you will laugh hard that you ever though I could hack, Im just that bad sometimes! |
