Yeah...apparently, something changed with the latest (and gayest) update, and now Generals (the second highest rank in the n00bfest Army) can't unban, or else I would've unbanned you already... |

Mani did all kinds of stuff -- including adding new flags (one of them unban) and re-ordering the ban syntax -- anyway you're unbanned and Joe can and should takes his gripes up in the proper areas. |
