Post subject:  Unban Request - [Tommy]²
1. In-game alias: [Tommy]²
2. Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:28875583
3. Time/date of the ban: Approx. 5:45 CST 1/28/2010
4. Server where ban occurred: 72.249.124.50:27015
5. Who banned you?: (ADMIN) [n00b] Coach ω { TPT }
6. What were you banned for? Allegedly Walling
7. Comments: Well, the situation was Dust2, I and someone else (I don't remember who) were each alive, and I went through BTunnels with a scout, went up zoom'd and killed who ever it was, then people started saying on the mic that I was walling. I then proceeded to defuse the bomb, then the next round started, I was one of the first of CT's to die, then someone said "Hacker down" then I'm not sure if it was the same person who killed me, or was someone else said something along the lines of me toggling it off. That's when I was kicked and banned.

I don't wall though. I've played on this server for awhile and never was accused before with anything like that. I'd love to be unbanned, as it is one of the servers I prefer to play on (I usually only switch to another if i really dislike the map)

Double post ftw.

My point of view.

You come through the b tunnels with your scout.

n00b Ginzu AKA Monster in this case was hiding on the other side of the big box. ( Hiding out of view from Double doors.)

You pull out your scout stop,zoom not once but twice, aim directly on Ginzu and prefire him as you peek.

^^ add that to your story because the part about people calling you a hacker is true.

Funny thing about this ban: I didn't ban you because you killed me, I banned you because of the manner in which you killed someone. Fully scoped, jumped through the air in the tunnels on Dust 2, fired, got the kill. No flinch, nothing. Just lined all up and shit. Defuckinnied.

Now, you're only saving grace is if Gman comes into this thread and says to unban you, find him on the forums and send him a PM or make a plea at elders@n00bfest.com, via email, to get unbanned. Otherwise, the ban stays.

I do not think all of that is entirely true, LeCoq i think said he had a vid, if he doesn't mind I'd like to see it, cause I mean if everything points to that, there really isn't anything I can do but just tell you I wasn't.

I know you didn't ban me cause I killed you. When I did, I missed the first two shots I got anyway lol.

sorry if i really shouldn't post here, but as tommy2 said that i recorded him, and it's actually true, i thought it could be useful.

the prob. is that i didnt record the demo under Tommy2, and actually, i have like 30 demos in my cstrike folder... (and some of em are like 30-60 min. long... would take me hours to find it and barely have 2 hours some days to spend on css)... is it possible to have (in any way) the list of players on at this moment, so i could know who i was really recording when tommy2 killed gin, and by this fact, find the demo and send it to the NBI so everybody could know what really happened, a little bit clearer than what mossy wrote.

and once again, im seriously sorry to post here if i'm not allowed in this case, i just thought i could be useful for this one. Yellow_Flash_Colorz_PDT_34

Well i watched them all, and i can't find it :( i was sure i was recording him, i got another demo of him playing on train, it lasts 25 min., i can upload it if needed, otherwise, sorry for posting here if i wasnt allowed to.
