| Post subject: | Binding buy commands to numpad keys? |
Hey, does anyone know how to like, bind a command to buy a defuse kit or kevlar and helmet or something to respective numkeys so I can just tap specific keys instead of buying the packages? The package system is so stupid in that you pick a Rifle package only to receive a defuse kit, kevlar and armor, a grenade, and some ammo, but no rifle! If anyone has any tips it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, @C!D. |

cl_updaterate 101 and ex_Interp 0 will give you 100 % choke on n00bfest servers, id suggest cl_Updaterate 35 and ex_interp .01 |

I did everything that kickback said in the latter portion regarding the rates and whatnot, and it made my game appreciably laggier. I saw whorex post and made the changes accordingly, but when I type "cl_updaterate 35" and "ex_interp .01" It tells me "ex_interp bumped up to 28msec" which is .028 and not .01. Any help? |

Acid thats the way it works with that setup... n00bfest doesn't really allow for .01 ex interp... I would stick with the .033 or .028 you get... as long as it doesn't affect your choke/loss. You have to play around with the updaterate/cmdrate and see what works best for you. I think a lot of people do 20/20 and take the .05 ex_interp. Personally I'm gonna try 30/30 and see if I can get the .033 and see if it doesn't choke/loss on me. I saw little or no loss/choke. Only when I first enter the game the loss starts at 100 and zips down to zero (from opening screen)... not sure why it does that either... but I think I'll go with 25/25 :roll: |

If you really want to go buy stuff without the scripts u can use the buy_preset_edit then bind buy_preset 1 buy_preset 2 buy_preset 3 buy_preset 4 to your keys You only get 4 load outs (if u wanna use it) so bind a sniper, a rifle, a smg, and use one for deagle with this u can use to max out out nades kevlar n stuff buts if u want the scripts there easier |
