No, this a CAL regar config.

All physics props are still rendered and used if you can get caught on them.

This just make the game run better on old PCs.

you put it into a text file with a cfg ending and put that into the cstrike directory and then in console, type "exec my_file.cfg"

I slap it in autoexec.cfg and it runs itself every time I load the game.

Present tense verbs a bit misleading here since I don't play anymore.

I like the config, i use it now. I NEVER F*CK with my rates or anything so since there was a full config I figured I'd use it.
