Post Hotkeyed Sayings
How do you hotkey stuff? I've seen a couple of people around that have hotkeys, that when they press them, then it basically has this phrase typed out and enters it. Does anyone know how to do it and could you tell me how? =P

Deepslit's right, except the extra pair of quotes.

In the console [`], you type:

bind key "say YOU ARE TEH BAD@CS!!!"

Key = whatever you want. If you are using the number pad for binds, make sure you use the num-lock-off word. For example, 1 on the keypad = kp_end.

I personally have my keys bound like this.

W - +forward
A - +strafeleft
S - +backward
D - +straferight
Q - switchlast
E - use
Y - mm1
U - mm2
1 - slot1
2 - slot2
3 - slot3
4 - slot4
SPACE - jump
LSHIFT - setwalk
R - reload
F - drop weapon
B - buymenu
O - equipmenu
, - buy ammo1
. - buy ammo2
Z - radio1
X - radio2
C - radio3
V - +voice
V twice - voiceevenaftermanwhorespamsrconclientexec-voiceaboutamilliontimesbecauseherefusestogetanondialupconnection
MOUSE1 - +attack
MOUSE2 - +zoom
TAB - +SHOWSCORE

and literally every other key on the keyboard commits "quit" when pressed because I don't want to have any say binds that I spam all the time because I think they're funny even though they aren't and they actually piss people off.

Yeah, you just inspired me to clean my desk so I could rearrange everything and try to use my mouse left-handed since I am left-handed.
