have a window open in windows, run CSZ
join scoutzknives map, press alt tab (but dont go bcak to windows, select CSZ) and now you have a mouse where your crosshair would be. Hax point I AM A HOMOSEXUAL Its a pretty old trick, i wonder if you would get the boot from cpl if you did that |

Another thing you can do is change skins. I remember something about a skin that gives laser sight and all that. Or you could just put a small dot where the crosshairs meet.
