Post subject:  Enforce rates on server
Not sure if possible, but can we enforce minimun rate, command and update rates at following levels:
rate 30000
cl_cmdrate 66
cl_updaterate 66
???

It's F*CKING annoying when people skip all around the map.

Are those rates still being enforced even with through all the updates and such?

G, I just jump on the server to double check that. Still looks like the rates are not getting enforced. This may be just something with ma_rates not displaying updated info.
Later tonight I'll play with my rates to see if they will get set back to what server is expecting to have.

From my understanding, the server doesn't adjust your client -- it can't do that. It just ignores your shit if it's out of spec and sets it to the min/max (whichever you're closest to) accordingly.
