Be like the others that have left and leave silently and then everyone will be like wtf? could we please get this voted on or something. maybe if people realize that they cant come back to what they left, they wont leave in the first place |

Or maybe they should just learn to let shit go, or ask nicely if they don't like something instead of whining and complaining and saying they're going to leave. There's nothing wrong with asking the admins to have everybody lay off of you. |

I think anyone who goes emo and leaves can stay gone. Yeah. Maybe we should do a vote. Cause some people come back assuming that they are welcome back. |

Well, if they officially quit, they should be able to make a plea. I mean, you might have had some personal shit happen and your venting it out here. It also may depend on seniority. However, recruits that quit for little to no reason (ie. they don't want to wait) should be kicked out. If you show enough devotion, one slip-up should be acceptable. |

The way I see it, if they haven't: a) joined another community b) tried to get n00bs/rcts to join another community c) hurt or attempted to hurt n00bfest in some other way Then I don't see why it's a problem to let them back. Everyone will make fun of them for it, and that seems like what they deserve. In any case, I'm fine with putting it up to vote. |

its one thing to say you know hey guys im taking a break, ive got to get shit stright in real life....they come back all is good. examples of this are people in the military (we love you guys), people with family shit, or any other personal reason. but when the people are like z0mg n0 0ne @ n00bfest luvs me /cut /cut /slit /cry im lEavIng u r teh suxs F*CK them. you quit. |
