Usually when I'm playing CZ I use my bro's comp, cause my comp can only play 1.6 for some reason. When I try to join a game, it loads like 3 bars and then my whole game freezes. BTW both computers are the same. The only difference is that my internet is wireless cable. Anybody know how to fix this? Thanks in advance guys :) |

could be that his comp doesn't have all the updates yet. When you start to join, it'll freeze while it updates. If you stop it, it doesn't finish updating. Just a guess. |

when u freshly install steam, it loads GCF files for every game that is loaded, but the game downloads to contents FOR those files and if you look next to your game in your games list it should give a you a percentage, and to get into the game you need it to be atleast 94% depending on what game, TFC 80%, CS 1.6 94%, CZ 98%, source 97 - 99% these r at minimums, I would strongly suggest letting your games fully update . If this isnt the answer to your problems I dont know what to tell you. |
