I joined your Counter Strike: Source server on Dec. 24th and was greeted by people teasing me about my age (which is fine, you get used to it), though these people were generally nice and helped me. 2 days later I returned to my now favorite server and was greeted by being kicked constantly for no reason over and over again! I was also slayed by the admin several times which is obviously not a good thing. Later today I came on and was CONSTANTLY team killed over and over for no reason. After being killed 3 times, I killed him. This went on until I just switched teams where ANOTHER player did the same thing. I have been wondering why this sort of thing is allowed on here, and if it is a normal thing, I would leave the server for a new one. So the question of my rant is: if I stay here and enjoy playing with some of the friendly players, will I continue to be team killed and kicked/killed by admins constantly? Thanks, ~Chip |

The server is going through a transition right now from manimod to sourcemod. A lot of admins do not or did not have access to take care of the situation. Are you sure there was an admin on when you were on the server earlier today? It's been pretty empty due to the holidays. Especially during the day. What is your in-game name? Did you do or say anything to an admin to provoke them to kick/slay you? Generally this only happens when someone is being a smartass or doing something retarded. |

Really Chipaton. I was there when the admins kicked you! The reason why you were kicked is because you WOULDN'T STFU and PLAY! You continued to annoy the F*CK out of people and that's AFTER they told you like 5 times to STFU and play! With that being said, don't come here and act all innocent and shit! |

What was I doing that was annoying? I know I wasnt playing very well at all but I was indeed playing. They wouldnt say why I was being kicked. And to Sweet Pea, thank you for trying to help me. I believe Butt Stallion was on (he is an admin right?) and Im pretty sure he was the one constantly kicking me. I did ask some really noob questions like how to spray which made a lot of people mad. But honestly I just got this game so I would think people would teach me the ropes, dont kick me for asking some beginners questions. |

You were asked to switch teams. You said NO....unless you had "proper warrant". An admin telling you to switch teams IS proper warrant. Instead of doing like you were asked, you decided to "rebel". I tried just kicking you but you didn't want to learn. So we decided to teach you. If you follow simple requests you will have a fun time in n00bfest. |

If this kid really is a new player, I'm pretty disappointed at this entire thread. [Edit] Yeah, according to his steam account, which has been open since last year in July, he's got less that 20 hours of CS:S playtime, but more than 10. While I agree that if you've spent 10 hours on a video game and don't know how to play it. Thats quite retarded. But, not everyone learns as fast as others. While I'm not defending him, if he was being annoying, i.e. mindlessly mic spamming stupid shit no one wants to hear, then hey, good riddance. If he was asking legitimate questions on how to play the game....then this situation should've been handled differently. I wasn't there though, so of course this is all just speculation from me. ♥ |
