I've never had a headset, I've been running a desktop mic with mid-range Sennheiser standard headphones for years.

Do hope to get the official PlayStation Wireless Headset for Christmas, I like the aesthetic and it's PC compatible.

I have the PS3 headset and it's awesome. Well worth the 90$.
