There Ya Go! You can go ahead and add the [rct] tag to your name and play in the n00bfest servers so that everyone can get to know you a bit! There are votes that occur every once in a while (however, don't ask when the next vote is, there's no way to know, and asking will just get you flamed) to decide which [rct]s deserve to be accepted into the community. Play often on the servers and stay active on the forums and you should be fine (becoming a member has nothing to do with being good). Be patient...it might take a while to be accepted.
