you can apply but the requirements is that you have to be a n00b for at least 3 months

There seemed to be several people that were concerned about this from the last voting session. I happened to be present at the last council meeting (normally I am noy there and they just run down the list by the rules). Since I was there and I saw some familiar names on the last, I asked the council to ho ahead and take votes on several admin and n00b candidates that have been around for a while.

Typically, the waiting lists are setup to make sure people are active and present. Sometimes people are around in the servers a lot more than they participate in the site. If someone has been playing very regularly in the server and many of us know them, I see no reason to have them signed up on the website for a preset amount of time before they're qualified for membership or admin.

The ouncil did not change their rules or make any exceptions. I did that all on my own. Don't hold it against them.
