 Map Voting and Adaptive Tickets

Post Map Voting and Adaptive Tickets
These have been enabled. Adaptive tickets affects Conquest maps only, the number of tickets increases with the number of players at the start of a map.

Current tickets are set as follows:

Players Tickets
0-4 300
5-8 375
9-12 450
13-16 525
17-24 600
24-32 675

Map voting will start ~10 minutes into the round. The list will consist of 4 randomly selected maps from the current rotation, weighted towards maps that have not been played in the longest time.
