Everytime i try to play CSS this is what my screen looks like

o yea...i have two gpu's...one was never used and it is still doing the same thing.....changed the mobo and proc and still the same thing.

Only thing i can think of is the PSU. But wanted to get more ideas before i fork out the money for it. Any settings in the BIOS i can change or anything else.

Have you checked the drivers and DirectX? If you've switched all the hardware around, chances are it's a software issue. A low power condition from the PSU shouldn't be causing artifacts like that. Most video cards simply shut down if there's not enough power.

Do you have any other games that are doing this?

I would say make sure all of your drivers are up-to-date and re-install steam and all your games.

Only other game i've tried it on is CoD4. So i uninstalled everything. Re-installed steam and css and it's doing the same thing. Going to download DirectX again then try it.

STOP DOWNLOADING PORN ROFL!!. JK itg looks like a software issues possibly a driver or directx issue. Does it do this on other games? if it does try reinstalling directx and drivers

That 2nd one comes from overheating. I had the same thing recently and I'm waiting for my new card to be RMAed back to me.(Thank god BFG has a lifetime warranty on their shit)

But with the first ss and the way it looks, joe might be right, new psu.
