k im getting lag spikes every 10-15mins when playing CSS even when i have a 76 ping. When i checked my lan connection it tells me im sending 10-30k more packets then receiving. Im using netgear router and lan card with dsl windstream. my lan card is a netgear wpn311 rangmax card. ive also check and updated my vires scanners so my comp is clean. |

AngryKitten wrote: CL_INTERP DOESN'T DO ANYTHING IN SOURCE. It don't matter, the real l33t players in the group (Acid and State) swear that pointless random number changes in front of settings with 5 abbreviation in them that can only be modified by going into console and typing 9 different ass things somehow make your game experience more "enhanced" and somehow let you hit things "better" when in reality you can't be "l33t" in source, it just a matter of what retards you play with and if they can see you before you see them. |

cl_interpolate dictates whether or not interpolation is going on. cl_interp is a no longer used variable due to potential exploitation. cl_interp_ratio is the new variable to decide what your interpolation delay is based on a ration of the server's interp setting. |

That's your problem wireless + gaming usually = FAIL. The best you can hope for is to disable the wireless zero configuration service AFTER you have connected to the network. It might reduce the lag, but wireless systems were never designed for gaming. |
