Greatest F*CKING concert I have ever seen, and I have been to a ton.

We head down to Harpos in downtown Detroit. This is supposed to be the metal capital of Michigan. Its supposed to have the hardest bands, best mosh pits and cheapest booze. The parking lot is a great place to get robbed, stabbed and shot as it is the heart of Detroit's ghetto. This place is amazing.

So this guy dresses up just like Captain Spaulding and makes an attempt to jump on stage. The bouncer does not make an attempt to pull him down, yell at him he just starts punching Captain Spaulding in the back of the head. F*CKING awesome. Knocks the guy out cold and drags him away. I went to the concert with a friend and my dad, (my dad is an old rocker who can hang with us young guys) and my dad gets a handful of titty from this chick next to us that kept bouncing into him. My dad almost gets thrown up on. Two guys start fighting a few feet in front of us and I fucked up and didn't take any pictures because it happened so fast. The bouncers broke them up with their fists and asps pretty fast. The mosh pit was pretty intense, I steered clear of that mess. Gwar had a few death/thrash metal bands open for them that were pretty decent. Gwar brought out a guy dressed up as Michael Jackson and Orderas Urungus (lead singer) ripped his nose off and blood shot all over the crowd. They later brought out Obama and cut his head off and shot blood all over the crowd. They must of dumped gallons of fake blood and green shit all over the crowd. Part of the hype is to wear a white shirt and see how much shit you can get on it. Seen a 400 pound fat guy lying in his own puke outside, it really looked like he was dead. Greatest F*CKING concert ever.

I don't think they have used the world maggot in a couple of years. I still remember Jerry Springer and Mark from the movie Empire Records being fed. Gotta love the maggot.

Ah yes, what a classic. I just watched it again the other day on youtube. Its funny How Orderus Urungus rips on El Douche Bag (or whatever his name is) from the Mentors.

I am going next year for sure. I was going to go back to check out hatebreed with cannibal corpse but most of my friends were at a Kenny G concert.

I have seen them before at a different theater. They say that the Harpos show they put on is the best, its were they taped a concert DVD in 2006.

what about slipknot thats a very good show to.i was at sevedust and stone sour show broke my ankle and fucked my shoulder in the pit .But dammit i caught the drum stick from stone sour very good show.But don't forget about some good ole fashion SLAYER.

well i've seen gwar ans slipknot show and since i've seen slipknot for the first time i've not missed a show in atl 1 time.Now slayer and megadeath are coming to atl. in a couple of weeks and i'm going to that. Yellow_Flash_Colorz_PDT_31
